Sts-57: Mission Highlights

Synopsis

Features the launch of the space shuttle ‘Endeavour’on a 10-day mission on 21 June 1993, and experiments with Spacelab and the recovery from space after almost a year investigating materials microgravity research of ESA’s ‘Eureca’ satellite deployed by mission STS-46. The remote arm was successfully used to grab the satellite and draw it into ‘Endeavour’s payload bay for return to earth.
