Stroll Through 20th Century Art, A

Synopsis

An exploration of the Maeght Foundation sculpture park in Provence, with a Giagometti courtyard, a labyrinth by Miró, a chapel containing a Braque stained glass window, and other works by Chagall, Giacometti, Matisse, and Calder. The programme is based on a walk around the gardens and gallery, so it is possible to sense the 3-D aspects of the scuptures. Over 1000 works of art and 27 original archive films are represented.
