Synopsis
Computer-based physics teaching material with multimedia mresources, with each module providing sufficient for a complete first-year course on its topic. Intended as a substitute for lectures but to be used with tutorial supervision.
1: In 8 blocks: Working with SToMP; Oscillations; Forced Oscillations; Introduction to Waves; Combining Waves, Electromagnetic Waves; Matter Waves; Foundation Units. Approximately 50 hours of teaching material.
2: In 6 blocks: Working with SToMP; Introduction; Types of Uncertainty, Combining Uncertainties, Graphs and Data Analysis; Computational Methods. Approximately 30 hours of teaching material.
