Synopsis
Video recording using a single camera of a performance of ‘Song at Twilight’ (1966) by Noel Coward, directed by Sheridan Morley, with Corin Redgrave, Vanessa Redgrave, Kika Markham (Mrs Corin Redgrave) and Matthew Bose, at the Gielgud Theatre, London, in March 2000. The Redgrave family in Noel Coward’s last play explores the emotional denial and forced confrontation with his past of a closeted homosexual writer, said to have been based on Somerset Maugham.
