Somebody Help Me!

Synopsis
A scenario in which many people are injured in a train crash, some of them trapped in a badly damaged carriage. The film shows the medical treatment given to a girl trapped by her leg, a boy with internal injuries where the medical team can only reach his arm, a man with severe breathing difficulties who cannot be intubated, and a man with multiple injuries. Also shows the extremely difficult working conditions inside the carriage and the problems of removing dead and trapped victims. Also shows the work of nurses and the emergency services. Intended primarily as a basis for discussion on the problems of treatment and care of patients in a major accident.
