Some Concepts in Reaction Dynamics

Synopsis
Chemical reaction occurs as the outcome of certain types of molecular collision. The film deals mainly with the collision of atoms with diatomic molecules. It is composed of a number of specimen trajectories, plotted by computer, of which the possible consequences are discussed in terms of the potential-energy profiles along the reaction-coordinate.
