Learning on ScreenSolar Detoxification of Water
- Synopsis
- Looks at the efforts of several European laboratories - in Turin, Hanover, Lausanne and Poitiers - to realise a portable solar reactor, suitable for inexpensive detoxification and sterilisation of water in Egypt and in other souther Mediterranean countries. Achieving this requires the collaboration of European specialists in biochemistry, photochemistry, electrochemistry, engineering and analytical chemistry with scientists from the Photoeneergy Center in Cairo, thanks to the Med_Techno programme to be launched by the European Union.
