Slaying the Dragon
- Synopsis
- In recent years there has been much comment on the relationship between the GP, the receptionist and the patient. Designed as a discussion programme for GPs and their receptionists it aims to highlight the more frequently encountered situations where friction, embarrassment or misunderstandings occur. The incidents, although over-emphasised at times, were observed by a journalist in waiting rooms or in reception.
