- Synopsis
- Shows how a single-camera crew unit works on location while covering a complex story as quickly and economically as possible. Tells the story of the filming of a ‘Tomorrow’s World’ item on a new generation of computerised video simulators. he subject is essentially ‘high tech’ and the style of the sequences reflects it, involving a fast-moving sequence using ambitious shots with smoke and lasers. Shows how the director approached the problem, the on-site decisions he had to make, and the way in which the crew was briefed and worked together useing scant resources to produce a sophisticated item in a short time.
