Being Bugged
- Synopsis
- David Mellor MP looks at the increasing use of ‘bugs’ for monitoring employees and asks if this is an acceptable application of sophisticated technology or an invasion of privacy. The owner of a spy shop in Mayfair, London, claims that the majority of UK companies buy the shop’s equipment, which includes miniature camers and bugged pens, calculators and briefcases.
