Synopsis
Shows the technique of ultrasonic scanning being used to determine certain factors in pregnancy, e.g. date of conception, pre-natal health of the foetus and whether there are any abnormalities in its body structure. The technique also makes amniocentesis a safer procedure by locating exactly where the placenta lies.
