Sacrocolpopexy, The

Synopsis
The sacrocolpopexy is an operation designed to correct vaginal vault prolapse and enterocele where coitus is still intended. The vault prolapse has occurred because of a preceding vaginal or abdominal hysterectomy and there may or may not be an enterocele present also. The operation is described and shown in detail.
