Designed to support an undergraduate practical to remove sperm and eggs from fertile tunicates and monitor cellular development following ‘in vitro’ fertilisation. Contains practical dissection techniques as well as shots down the microscope following fertilisation and subsequent cell division through the free swimming larval stage to the sessile adult form.
