- Synopsis
- In 1976 two American Viking landing craft, equipped with cameras and a miniature biological laboratory, touched down on the planet Mars. An inhospitable world was revealed: cold dry, and periodically swept by enormous dust storms. Filmed mostly at NASA in Pasadena, CA.
