Real People

Synopsis
Looks at the role of ‘ordinary’ people in television, from victims of crime, to contenders for THE PRICE IS RIGHT. Television requires people to act naturally on cue and talk about personal experiences and expose their emotions. Producers and directors of game shows and documentaries explain the importance of real people and the way they can be used and manipulated to produce ‘good’ television.
