Synopsis

Shows clearly how to respond to a person who is choking or who has suffered a respiratory or cardiac arrest. Demonstrates the ‘abdominal thrust’ technique and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation on both adults and infants, and explains how and when to put the casualty into the recovery position.
