This sequel to THE FLOOR IS YOURS, NOW is aimed at those presenters who already know something about the process of giving a presentation but want to improve their skills at handling audiences and maintaining control throughout a presentation. However well-prepared a presentation is, uninvited questions, interruptions, counter-views or a hostile manner on the audience’s part can seriously affect the impact of the message. Shows three different commonly encountered audience types: senior management, staff, and clients or agents, and at the same time the problems that might arise within each group. The presenters in the film demonstrate how to overcome these obstacles smoothly and professionally.
