- Synopsis
- Demonstrates the production of paraffin-embedded sections, frozen sections for enzyme localisation, fine sections for ultrastructural examination, and blood smears. Emphasis is placed on the type of equipment which each of these techniques requires. Intended to give prospective students of histology some idea of the techniques involved in the preparation of biological material for both light and electron microscopy.
