Synopsis

Examines issue of personal safety with the aim of raising awareness and decreasing the risk of personal injury, helping employers to provide a more protective environment for their staff. Looks at different ways of dealing with aggressive behaviour and advises on ways to avoid potentially dangerous situations. Actors present scenarios placing staff and students in varying situations.
