Piller Problems (4 Parts)

Synopsis
An Anton Piller Order enables a plaintiff who suspects his goods are being pirated to search the premises of the alleged pirates and seize any goods which have been pirated. This measure is used frequently against pirates of sound recordings, cinematographic films and manufacturers of high quality goods. This series of four programmes was commissioned for use in professional legal education. In parts 1 & 2 Hugh Laddie, QC, lectures on the basic principles of Anton Piller orders. Part 3 uses a series of vignettes as the basis for a panel discussion chaired by Martin Dockray. Part 4 is the the uninterrupted series of vignettes.
