Synopsis

An ethnographic film concerned with the way iun which large-scale town planning in Barcelona since the 19th century has been an expression of various utopian ideals revealed in the architecture of Gaudi and the GATPAC, the anarch-syndicalist movement, and rapid industrialisation in the 1960s.
