- Research film. Shows the rupture of ovarian follicles in the living rat. Ovulation was induced by gonatropic hormones. Various sequences of the film show the variation in the mechanism of egg extrusion from the follicle. Made from material shot in 1961-62. An Encyclopaedia Cinematographica film. *BMA/BLAT
