Part 2 shows the obstacles encountered by a new community action organisation in Buffalo, NY, as it begins to work for recognition.
Part 3 features a Rochester, NY, community aciton group confronting the community’s largeast employer on the issue of corporate responsibility and the employment of minority groups.
