Synopsis
Designed to highlight managers’ legal, moral and financial responsibilities for health and safety. Tells the true story of John Nicholson who was found guilty of negligence following a serious accident in the factory he manages. He explains the circumstances of the accident, in which he left a forklift truck unattended with the keys in the ignition, his conviction under the Health and Safety at Work Act, and the devastating effects it had on his personal life, his family and career prospects.
