On the Slopes of Kilimanjaro

Synopsis: Shows how the city council of Moshi, a town located on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, with the help of the Sustainable Cities Programme of UNCHS (Habitat), is holding a consultation to hear the views from all stakeholders in the city to help deal with problems of urban growth, environment and water supply. Demonstrates the necessity of involving the citizens in decision-making concerning their own town and also looks at the situation of ordinary people affected by the problems of the city.
