Nuclear Nightmare
- Synopsis
- Reports on the future consequences for Britain’s nuclear power industry after an accident at a nuclear power station on Three Mile Island near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Includes an interview with Anthony Wedgwood Benn, Energy Minister, and with concerned scientists in Britain and in the USA. As regards the British PWR Programme the film is now out-of-date but it is of interest for the light it sheds on decision-making and for background information to the Sizewell inquiry.
