Synopsis
In November 1990, Margaret Thatcher, Britain’s longest-serving prime minister this century, left Downing Street after bitter differences in her Cabinet over Europe. This film follows Mrs Thatcher’s Parliamentary performances in her last year, and features her comments on the institutions of the European Community, her mastery of the House of Commons and her last speech as prime minister on a vote of no confidence.
