Nimtech (north-west England, 45 employees), was set up by private industry to find the right markets for new technologies. It was only a few years ago that the company put together a focused strategy that is bringing profitable orders and new jobs to the North West. The case shows how a serivce company applied its principles to its own operation, in order to make technology transfer an effective business.
