New Look at the Structure of Living Cells, A (2 Parts)
- Synopsis
- Discussion between Dr H Hillman and Dr Richard Gliddon. Begins with Dr Gliddon giving the history of microscopy up to the use of the electron microscope, thus providing some of the background information needed to understand Dr Hillman, who argues that that the current structures of the living cell, as vareualareed by electron microscopes, are incorrect, many of the structures seen in them being artefacts of the processes by which the cells have been exposed in making the preparation.
