Synopsis
A computer simulation of experiments which may be performed on cat sciatic nerve-tibialis anterior muscle ‘in vivo’ to illustrate important differences in the action of depolarising and non-depolarising neuromuscular blocking agents. It is intended that the program should offer a realistic alternative to the use of animals in teaching.
Accompanying manual and student workbook.
