Synopsis
Reports on events of the summer of 1993 when Russian archaeologists discovered a new burial, bringing to light the frozen body of a Scythian woman buried 250 years ago in the AltaÔ mountains. Also examines the few excavations of frozen tombs in Siberia in the Siberian steppe, and its their importance in understanding the Scythian culture. Made in collaboration with the Academy of Sciences, Siberian Branch.
