My Time and Yours

Synopsis

Consists of a role play in a fictional middle school, exploring ways in which school managers can improve their time management. Looks at skills such as prioritising and delegating and gives examples of good and bad practice. Expert advice is provided by Dr Cyiril Wilkinson of the University of Ulster, who has carried out research into time management in Northern Irish schools.
