Synopsis
The events leading up to and resulting from the Munich Agreement, from the Versailles peace treaty and the rise of Hitler to the Munich crisis itself. Analysis of important personal, diplomatic, political and strategic considerations involved in the crisis. Significance of the Munich Conference for Europe. Concludes with a consideration of the resulting effect upon Czechoslovakia. Original archive footage is used.
