Morphological Modification in Pekin Ducks Following Injection of Deoxyribonucleic Acid (Dna)

Synopsis
Shows the experimental procedures and results of injecting DNA from the Khaki Campbell duck into Pekin hosts. Pekin ducklings showed considerable modification in regard to configuration of body and head, and colour of beak, legs and plumage. Illustrates that these modifications can be transmitted to the F1 and F2 generations. The biochemical tests such as electrophoresis show changes in protein characteristics of the treated birds.
