Morning, Ma’Am

Synopsis
A personal document by Ann Richardson of her time in Delhi. Her two most regular daily companions were Manju and Seema, aged 11 and 12, who came to clean her flat. The girls were at first a little cautious but came to revel in the experience. They talk of marriage, of television, the price of Coca-Cola, and the pointlessness of becoming a servant to rich people who can easily throw you out - giving an insight into another way of living. Shot on a domestic camera.
