- Synopsis
- An insight into the problems faced by parents of handicapped children. Highlights key issues are highlighted and constructively criticises current services for mentally handicapped people, with possible remedies for the shortcomings in both the community and hospital provision. Taking part in the programme are two mothers with their mentally handicapped children and professional workers including a consultant paediatrician, nursing officer, social worker, an educationalist, sociologist, nurse tutor and occupational therapists.
