- Slide pack based on an exhibition held at the Manchester City Art Gallery, showing a selection of objects including works by some of the most prominent members of the Arts and Crafts Movement: William Morris, C R Ashbee, William de Morgan, Walter Crane and May Morris, together with the lesser known artists Katharine Adams, Florence Steele and Peter McLeish. The slides explore the context within which the objects were acquired and examine their aesthetic and social significance in relation to late Victorian Britain, particularly the major industrial city of Manchester.
