Synopsis
Looks in detail at the assessment of perceptual dysfunction including areas of scanning and unilateral neglect, spatial relationships, colour and shape recognition, body image, somatognosia and apraxia both constructional and ideomotor. Concentrates particularly on the functional aspects of perceptual disorders and should be of interest to anyone in the health related professions who is interested in observing a client, functionally disabled by distorted perception.
