Male Rape
- Synopsis
- Martin Dockrell of Survivors, a support group for men who have been sexually abused, and other men talk openly for the first time about being sexually abused, challenging society’s reluctance to acknowledge that male rape actually exists. Victims are reluctant to come forward, through fear of being labelled homosexual or not being believed. The programme challenged the myth that men who sexually assault other men are usually homosexual.
