Synopsis
Two illustrated lectures, recorded live, of a series for postgraduates in which distinguished speakers present some of their latest work on specialised aspects of Quaternary studies. The 1978 lecture is presented by Dr D Q Bowen, University College of Wales, who discusses ‘How should the Quaternary be subdivided?', and in 1979 Dr Mike Tooley, University of Durham, looks at ‘Flandrian sea level change: problems of interpretation’.
