Synopsis
Records fictitious journeys through the real London, shot by Patrick Keiller over a period of 12 months, capturing a city in decline. The year 1992 saw the re-election of the Conservative government, the continuation of IRA bombing, the ERM crisis and the beginning of the fall of the house of Windsor. Narrated by the fictional Robinson (Paul Scofield).
