Literacy Hour Video, The

Synopsis

Programmes aimed at helping primary school teachers organise, prepare and deliver a Literacy Hour as developed through the National Literacy Project. Each programme shows delivery of the component parts of an actual Literacy Hour together with interviews and discussion with teachers covering selection and preparation of materials, organisation of lessons, recording and evaluation.
