Liable to Prosecution

Synopsis
Looks at the background to the Bingham Report. Shell and BP, both British companies, are shown to have been involved in supplying oil to Rhodesia in defiance of both British and United Nations prohibition. The film alleges that senior management in the oil companies and politicians knew what was happening. A companion film to NO USEFUL PURPOSE WOULD BE SERVED.
