- Synopsis
- Video-based training pack comprising a practical and structured preparation for the learning and teaching of reading in the primary school, from children’s first steps up to the reading skills needed in Key Stage 2. The video consists of observational material showing teachers hearing children read in three different settings: 1) teachers hearing individual children read; 2) a reception class reading a ‘big book’ togerther with their teacher; 3) a group of 10-year-olds reading a difficult non-fiction book with their teacher.
