- Synopsis
- An insight into the range of approaches and skills needed by managers to influence others successfully and to operate effectively efficiently and economically within an increasingly complex environment. Recorded interviews of managers in various organisations are intended to encourage students to translate their enhanced skills into leadership action plans. As trigger material, the programme demonstrates the importance of realising and assessing preferred styles of management and the wide range of skills involved in working with staff at all levels in various organisations.
