Synopsis

Dr Warren Bennis interviews three successful people on the subject of leadership: General Dave Palmer, Superintendent of the USA Military Academy at West Point, NY; Frances Hesselbein, National Executive Director of the Girl Scouts of the USA; and Max DePree, Chairman of Herman Miller furniture manufacturers. Although all these people have performed the task in different ways, Dr. Bennis reveals the underlying qualities that are fundamental to successful leadership.
