Kicking with Both Feet

Synopsis
In Northern Ireland Protestants are said to kick with the right foot and Catholics with the left. This programme examines sport as a means by which people create and re-create their identities. It explores the ambiguities and contradictions of identity, cross-cut with issues of nationality, gender and class, through the experiences of people who participate in soccer, camogie, boxing and show jumping.
