- Synopsis
- John Maxwell had already appeared before a Children’s Panel which considered that he may have broken the law. Now, he appears at a hearing before a sheriff to determine his innocence or guilt. The hearing is simulated. Child and parents are actors. Court officials are lawyers and policemen following their normal professional routine. The video recording was made without rehearsal.
