Synopsis

Shows seven dramatised scenes illustrating crisis points in cases concerned with mental illness, based on real case histories. The social worker in each scene is faced with a dilemma: an alcoholic on the verge of suicide, a depressed and confused old woman barricaded in her own home, a violent domestic dispute.
