- Software for the learning and practice of introductory financial and management accounting, focusing on the acquisition of practical accounting skills through solving examples. There are eight standalone intelligent tutoring tools (ITTs): 1) capital investment appraisal; 2) absorption costing; 3) marginal costing; 4) standard costing; 5) budgeting; 6) introductory financial accounting techniques; 7) financial accounting for managers and a teaching support tool (TST); 8) marker software for computerised assessment, compilation and reporting facilities. Each ITT has facilities for random example generation, interactive guidance in solving examples and automated assessment.
